We were discouraged by the hostess from eating there. Gluten free was not designated on the menu. She said she thought a lot of the items had gluten, but she didn’t know which ones. She also said there was a lot of cross contamination in the kitchen, but did offer to let us talk to the chef. I wouldn’t risk it. We left after waiting about 10 minutes to talk to someone.

They said they couldn't take extra care in the kitchen to avoid cross contamination of my dish (i.e. Change gloves, use different surfaces) and all fried things were fried in the same fryer, which would include gluten-containing products. I left after the waiter explained all that to me.
