My son is celiac and had the gluten free shaved ice. The ice cream was also said to be gluten free except some of the cake flavors. He loved his, I’ve had better soft serve, but it’s a cool place and my son was happy.
Martha’s Ice Cream is very good. All the flavors are gluten free except for Birthday Cake. Really enjoy stopping there for soft ice cream.

Ice cream is amazing! Just ask server for sprinkles from the back. Many flavors GF!! Love coming here.
All flavors but birthday cake and marble cake are GF! They will get topping for you from the back (I had sprinkles). They change gloves and are very safe!
Almost all of their flavors are gluten free and they also have gluten free and dairy free Dole whips that I eat as I also don't eat dairy. Everything has tasted good and no trouble for my son or myself.
Almost all of the homemade soft serve is GF! My daughter had a strawberry ice cream with rainbow sprinkles ( fresh from the back) . A must stop on your lake george trip!
