Horrible! I do mean HORRIBLE!! Over a month ago I ordered over $134.00 in products. This "seemed" perfect. It was Gluten free, non GMO and more. I checked out as a guest using Pay Pal. The site collected their money and sent me an email stating that I had placed an order. Another Email stating I had used Pay Pay. Another email stating other info. Here I sit over a month later...waiting on so many things. I am waiting on the order to be "fulfilled" (the site claims due to the Ebola out break and the weather - funny I have order from 7 other online sites since and ALL arrived within a week of order placement) I have sent several E-mails -at least 5 using the Email they sent and 2 from my own search for this store - which by the way is: called Martin's Country store. Since I was getting no response - I sent a written letter by US Post office - still waiting for a response for that ...... and I have only located one phone number and every single time I have tried to use it - it does not work. So forget that. This lady who runs the place claims that they care so very much yet proves to offer the very poorest of customer service, takes money and may or may not fill your order or explain simple things like why? When? How do they respond? They post a link for you to follow that says: Order not fulfilled ! They have a terrible business ethic - my best advise steer clear and save yourself time and grief! I wanted this order to take with me to GA. as a part of a Easter gift for my family - I have canceled the order - with the help of Pay Pal - THANK YOU PAY PAL!!!! I will never - and I do mean NEVER EVER do business with this place again. I can honestly say this is the very worst experience I have ever had with a business online. Sorry - i had to give at least one star - wanted to give them a big zero stars for a rating - but you have to give at least one.- it was just the worst!
