Martolli's Hand Tossed Pizza

I’ve eaten here many times over the past few years and have never had a problem! One of the best places for gluten free pizza in the area.

Very good pizza, minus end of crust for mine was burnt. Was crazy about upcharging us though, the pizza by itself was like 28$ for one medium (smaller and more expensive than a reg medium), small cups of ranch, and also the fricken box for taking it home cost money! Felt like they were shaking us down.

Very celiac friendly! The staff was very accommodating, helpful, and I felt very appreciated and seen. Quick service, very delicious and delightful pizza. I was so happy to eat real pizza, made my day.

I’ve eaten here several times (and have celiac and am sensitive). I’ve had great experiences here. Warn them, make clear and they’ll do a very good job. Never been sick and have eaten at least 5 times.

Very good pizza and very helpful with multiple food intolerances. I can't eat dairy or soy in addition to gluten and they helped me find something I could eat.

Though they do not have a dedicated gluten free prep area they are EXTREMELY cautious. My son and I are both Celiacs and eat here often. Just be sure to tell them you have celiac disease. They will warn you about possible cross contamination but my son and I have ate here probably dozens of times and have yet to get sick. On our order they all ways write "legit celiac, be carful"... plus the pizza is really good!

Excellent GF pizza. Cool vibe and friendly, helpful staff. They will make any combination you want. I had no problems eating here. Best pizza in Ashland!

We are travelling from Australia and were amazed by Martolli's. The gluten free pizza was undoubtedly the best pizza I have had! It was absolutely delicious. The others I was eating with had the normal bases and said that these were some of the best pizzas they had eaten too. The service was amazing and although it was very busy we weren't waiting long. They also have locally produced gluten-free cider, which I was very impressed with. Definitely worth a visit!

Aside from a lack of parking (Sat night in a busy college town, totally outside their control) this was some of the most amazing GF pizza I have had in a while! I have been GF since '07, and live out of state, but this was an awesome dinner stop on the long drive home. We called a head, got here, pizza was ready to go, amazing crust and so savory! Don't miss out on this place! Totally worth a visit!!!

We were looking for a place off the freeway that served GLUTEN FREE pizza... We called and ordered 45 min. ahead of time, we pulled into Ashland, walked in and found a cozy, artsy place...cute little table next to the window...our pizzas were just being taken out of the oven...the GF pizza was REALLY good!!! My husband and daughter loved their regular pizza. DEF will stop in next time we pass through Ashland!
