Review of Maru Sushi

As long as you tell your server you’re celiac, you should be good. Though, no one ever bothered to mention they have a gluten free menu until my last visit. So, I’d been eating there for three years without a single server ever bothering to mention that to me, even though I tell them EVERY time that I’m celiac and need everything to be gluten free. That annoyance aside, I’ve never been glutened here, and the food is DELICIOUS. I always get the oceans 11 with tamari. The dressing they use is not gf, so the salad that comes with it isn’t dressed, but it’s still delicious. The only appetizer that’s gf is the edamame, so I often get that, as well.
