i dont normally get to eat ramen because it isnt gluten free and always made with red meat or cooked in a pork broth, so i was excited to try this for the first time since marufuku has both available and it was LIFE CHANGING. I immediately loved the decor, it's very mid century modern meets japanese decor and it's such a beautiful vibe, the lighting is dimmer and intimate without being too dark, the seating is comfortable, clean, and well taken care. the servers are so nice and efficient. and the FOOD?? IMPECCABLE i dont like liquids and i dont like soup but i genuinely slurp the broth everytime i go! the broth does still contact traces of wheat so it isnt celiac friendly but for those with a sensitivity or intolerance it should be edible!
