Review of Marumo Kitchen

Located on the 8th floor food court, I decided to attempt the California bowl which looked like rice with salmon and avocado in the picture. But, when it came out it was pretty obvious soy sauce had been added to the dish. I felt really bad, but I used google translate to say I could not eat soy sauce. They found one person who could speak English who told me all of the bowls have soy sauce. I asked if it could be made without soy sauce and she said it could but that it wouldn’t taste any good. I assured her it would be fine. And it was. It was delicious. I’d just recommend having the discussion first instead of relying on the picture like I foolishly did.
