I had called ahead and the hostess said things on the menu could be modified to be gluten free (sandwiches without a bun, salads with no croutons/gluten dressings, vegetables) but they don’t have any preventative cross contamination procedures in place. I asked the server there and he said the same thing, but that they will put “gluten free” on the order and the chef ~usually~ will do their best to avoid cross contamination. i got a salad with chicken and had no issues, but beware there isn’t a set protocol to handling allergy orders in the kitchen
