Review of Mary Jane's Fish Bar

Nice chips! A lot more expensive to sit in the restaurant which was surprising, was expecting no more than 50p extra. Small portions, staff wasn't that clued up on celiac, however was very helpful and wanted to help. Disappointed that they don't have gluten free batter available, so yells... what's the point in being dedicated to gluten free options, when really they only have a separate fryer, which although good, what happens if you are celiac and don't eat meat or fish? They offered to fry fish in the same fryer as the gluten free chips 😕 I'm not to sure how this will bode with others. Overall not a bad experience. The mushy peas were ok. Lovely staff and clean restaurant area.
