Great food, big servings. Most things are gluten free. The tlayuda mixta was delicious and a large amount of food

I ate here last night and had a good experience. I had a memelita with cheese (and beans) and a tamale rajas with chicken and tomato sauce, as well as an agua de fresca with pineapple. Everything was delicious and I had no issues. One important note: I do not think the moles are house-made because when I asked the waitress if they contained any bread, breadcrumbs, salsa de Maggi or something like this she cautioned that moles have a lot of ingredients, she couldn’t be sure which, and so I stayed clear. At the end of the meal the manager came to check on me and give me a lot of friendly tourist advice but I forgot to ask about the moles. It is also a quiet and serene setting tucked away on a main throroughfare.

Everything is made with corn so the restaurant is safe. The owner was very helpful with questions about ingredients, and the food was tasty. Tamales, tlayudas, memelitas etc all available!
