Masa Ramen & Sushi

Wonderful dining experience! The waiter was very receptive to my questions and even asked some questions for me. I got a shrimp roll (boiled) with avocado and cream cheese. I also was able to order the fried rice GF! They said the meat with the least cross contamination would be shrimp so that’s what I got. It was so yum.

Certain sushi can be made gluten free but do not trust the Ramen. I read a google review that any ramen could be made gluten free (they have a gluten free noodle option), however, it is just the noodle. The broth still has gluten. I ran it through my Nima and gluten was found.
