One would think that a brewery wouldn’t have much in the way of gluten free choices, and for the most part, you would be correct. However, Mash Mechanix has a nice Celiac-friendly surprise on tap - hard seltzer! That custom seltzer menu is outstanding, and I’m told there is a DIY option as well. I chose the Texas Ranger, a tasty mix of mango and jalapeño. So good! The service is most excellent, and the atmosphere in EDO is spot on and welcoming.
