This restaurant was amazing! It is an around the world dining experience - up to 20 small courses within a 2 hour timeframe. All ordering is done via a tablet on the table, and you can select vegan, vegetarian, or gluten-free. When you make your choice, it tells you if they can remove the allergen in question. When the server brings you the food, he or she will announce that it is gluten-free. They are very careful to make sure that you have a wonderful experience without allergic reactions. I ate way too much food, tried food from many different countries, and had no ill effects after the meal. This restaurant is highly recommended!
