Owner knows about cross contamination. Pizza was awesome. Made on aluminum tray and came with its own pizza cutter so nothing contaminated it!

The gluten free pizza is really good. They cook the pizza in an aluminum tray to prevent cross contamination, and provide you with a brand new wrapped pizza cutter.
