They are very carful with the GF pizza. They avoid cross contact and cook on a tray.

Not much available that’s GF. I got yogurt, scrambled eggs, and bacon. (Verified that the bacon and eggs aren’t cooked on shared cookware.) They also have fresh fruit and Kind bars available. There didn’t seem to be any GF options for lunch or dinner.

Not many options for gluten free customers with their current limited menu. Only hard-boiled eggs and kind bars.

I just called the Maswik Food Court on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. Right now, they only have "grab and go" menu consisting of sandwiches. They are not offering anything on gluten-free bread.

We tried to eat here during the pandemic. Currently, they have VERY limited options, and none of them appeared to be gluten-free. When I inquired with the staff, they said they had no idea what might be gluten-free.

Gluten free options for dinner, was pretty good. Breakfast, not so much. was cross contaminated. The gals fixing it were friendly enough, but were making bread , cracking eggs and reaching in grabbing bacon, ham and all other toppings, cross contamination all around.
Spoke to a chef and he was awesome! Fired a clean grill up and cooked me a burger. Changed gloves several times and even put a pan over the burger so nothing would go on it. Hamburger was delicious too. Very happy!
