Mata G Vegetarian Kitchen

I purchased an “Indian bowl” at the Los Alamos coop, noting the label said “vegan and gluten free.” I’ve grown to trust Mata G products as an option for my Celiac disease, so I didn’t think much of it. When I got home, I realized that the food was mislabeled, but only after I started eating it. This was some sort of green chili lasagna… I kept asking myself “is this some Indian New Mexican twist on lasagna?” That’s when I examined the label and the food and realized that this was not a gluten free meal (or vegan). This is very troubling…. Not only am I due to have a reaction, but now I have to reconsider if I can trust this brand again.
