Review of Matador Mexican Grill

It's basically Chipotle/Qdoba with more options. They have GF tortillas, but use the same tortillas press to do it. (They will put foil on each side of the press if you want, but I'd rather just skip the tortillas.) They also serve local alcohol including GF cider. (And they're right next to a ColdStone.)
