Review of Mateo

The food was decent, but I was unimpressed with the handling of my dietary restrictions. After speaking with the server, I was extremely confused. He rapidly pointed at the items on the menu that were supposedly gluten free. My table ordered a selection of the ones we could remember him mentioning, but at least one had to have gluten, since I had a reaction. I would recommend that the chef develop a gluten free menu, since the servers aren't aware of what is ok.
