Great experience! Waiter was extremely well trained and communicated with the chef about me having Celiac/no cross-contamination, then the waiter told me exactly what I could/couldn’t eat (he even modified some stuff for me that had soy sauce on it, like the yellowtail jalapeño appetizer, and made it with tamari. he also grilled the shishito peppers instead of flash frying). Servers also were aware of allergy and made sure to place my GF dish in front of me (was with large non-Celiac group). NO dedicated fryer (so can’t have crispy rice, etc - anything fried)
