Review

Chef Matsumoto is one of the best in LA. They have GF soy sauce upon request and the sushi rice is safe. Chef understands “allergy” as well and will let you know what is available. The fish is so fresh and good. Truly a great sushi secret in LA. And I’ve heard that the prepared food tasting menu is even better than the fish - so said a regular at the sushi bar. The chef didn’t disagree.
