Review of Matteo's Pizzeria

Very knowledgeable about cross-contamination. Owner was happy to answer my questions. Gf crust made in different room- staff changes gloves, etc. While I was ordering, another customer came in to pick up a GF pizza and said her son has celiac and they eat the Pizza often with no problems. Crust was the best GF crust I've ever had!! Awesome pizza!
