Out and In burger, fries, and a gin martini
They were testing out new GF buns for quality and asked my opinion, went out of their way to assure me that there was no cross contamination. That said, unknown whether they have a dedicated fryer. Great taste, and the bun held together longer than the average gf bun
I visited with a group of people on a Sunday starting about 4:20 pm. It was not super busy, which I like for my first trip to restaurants. Someone ordered an app with bacon wrapped dates (maybe with ricotta?) and I was able to try that, which was very good. It was a nice blend of sweet and salty. I saw they have a Mac & cheese option too. I chose the GF pizza Margherita for simplicity’s sake. Decent price too! When it arrived, I didn’t see an immediate plate difference so I confirmed it was the gluten free. I enjoyed the pizza very much! It had a very thin, cracker-like crust and was crispy. The tip of a slice did not sag at all. The fresh basil was sliced up thinly on top. I ate the whole thing but didn’t feel stuffed. I’m curious to go back and try the pizza again soon with different toppings! The other non gf pizzas were thin crust but not quite as thin and flat. The kitchen can tell the difference. I can’t remember if there was parchment under my pizza, they may have removed it. Some of the edge of my pizza was extra crispy and dark so paper would have burned or singed. Or maybe they have a different method of limiting cross contamination. I didn’t order drinks but I saw they have hard ciders and Mexican Coke (sugar not HFCS). Friends ordered margaritas and beers. Looks like a full bar is available. Sports on the tvs.
I have been coming here on the multiple occasions. Their gluten free pizza is really good!
