Review of Maudie's

I was disappointed to see that someone said Maudie’s wasn’t Celiac Friendly... I’m extremely sensitive and they are my go to place! And I have never gotten sick there. Then I read that the poster said he ate the chips they put on the table ASSUMING they were GF! I don’t eat anything without verifying that it is gluten free! This place brings you GF chips in a bag to insure there is no chance of cross contamination and you don’t think that is good enough? Thank you Maudie’s for going above and beyond, because we all know a dedicated fryer is only safe until someone drops a breaded food item into it!
