Review of Maui Mike's Fire-Roasted Chicken

Dedicated fryer, most sauces are gluten free. They will write on your order if your meal is GF and they will change gloves, knives, and use a clean cutting board. I ate at the other location twice on my trip, then ate at this location today as we wanted a quick meal before heading home. I did not get sick.
