They mark that they have gluten free bread and we notified them that I have celiac so they seemed to have a handle on it. After taking a small initial bite I quickly started to have a reaction to the food. And as I forgot to confirm whether they use a dedicated toaster or not, one always hopes that when you notify a business that you have celiac and they are offering gluten free options that they have good cross contamination procedures. Alas no. That is on me for not double checking, but also sadly after confirming they do not wear or change gloves, or use a separate toaster, or have any real contamination procedures. After chatting with them to let them know, they were super nice but does not seem like they would implement much changing or educating staff. Best they seemed to mention is they will just let people know and offer them not toasted bread.
