I was hesitant with the mixed reviews, but I found this to be a “fine” option. Crust was thin - not bad, not the best I’ve had. But it was cooked in its own aluminum pan, ingredients were fresh and I didn’t get sick. It was a nice salad/pizza option for takeout while vacationing with family.

I’ve eaten here a couple times with mixed experiences. While they offer GF crust and the pizza is very good, the kitchen simply cannot keep from cross contamination. I have gotten sick from eating at Max’s and won’t be returning.

Great gluten free pizza. Would definitely have again!

Very yummy gluten free pizza. One of the best I’ve had when traveling far from home.

Only one GF choice. Pizza. Was good and service was just okay.
Nice to find wood fired gf pizza
I called ahead to ask about the GF pizza crust also being "dairy free" (to make it easier). I was on hold for 5 minutes while listening to the cook SCREAMING in the background repeatedly "I don't know" after asking to look at the ingredients. I wouldn't even rate them with a one star if possible. Thanks for another place not helping to have a meal with my family in public!
First gluten-free pizza crust that tasted like actual pizza crust. If you like thin-crust pizza, this is the way to go. The non-celiacs in my family loved the non-GF-friendly options, too.
