Those with Celiac, I have two words for you....FRIED CHICKEN!!!!!They had a nice selection of gluten free food and the server even brought out freshly made gluten free donuts! I never eat fried food at restaurants for the simple reason of cross contamination, but this business has a dedicated space along with a dedicated fryer!!The server also told me the reason they're so careful is that the owner cannot eat gluten either. Whether the owner has Celiac or not they are taking the correct steps in order to prevent cross contamination. We will be back!!
