I was told by my server the only gluten free things were the the Italian dressing and the gluten free pizza crust. I can’t do a lot of dairy and they didn’t have vegan cheese so I was thinking I couldn’t eat anything. Then my sister mentioned the wings, so I went to the front and asked about the wings- and happened to be talking to the manager who said they were baked then went in the fryer if I was picky about it or something of that nature. I asked if they could just bake them and she asked the kitchen and said they could. Then I was like great, and then asked if they could change their gloves. So I was able to get the wings- but not a lot of options and your server probably won’t know it is an option. I ended up enjoying them however- pretty classic chicken wings. I’ll see if I have a reaction soon- since I just finished eating.

Would recommend to gluten sensitive folks. Their “what about bob” pizza has a gluten free crust. The crust was tastier than I’ve had at many other places. I also ordered some chicken wings with all the sauce on the side. Delish!

I just called Maxwell's in Park City and they don't have a separate gf oven or even a separate prep area. He warned me that they hand toss their fresh made dough in the same area that they keep gf pizza and the same area as all toppings are kept. I won't chance it due to celiac.

The gluten free pizza was amazing got a little bit of a stomach ache not sure if it was how much I ate or the pizza.

It was great. Even my kids found stuff they loved. Gluten free pasta is only served at lunch from the kids menu. The gluten free pizza was a hit too

They have a separate oven for gluten free pizza and take a lot of precautions from cross contamination. Also tasted good!

They have some of the best gluten free pizza I have ever had

Brought my celiac husband here after seeing that there were a few GF options on the online menu including pizza, pasta and risotto. The hostesses ignored us when we came in, and the server was pretty good until it was time to get the check when she was nowhere to be found. Upon looking the physical menu over the only option was pizza, there was no risotto or pasta. That being said, the pizza was really good and was large enough to share unlike some other places. They use a shared pizza oven so I can’t say it’s celiac friendly, but my husband did not get sick. Not a bad option for pizza, but just know that it’s your only option.
Finally a great gluten free pizza.
SO nice to have GF pizza for once. We are a dairy and gluten intolerant family. The kids and I ate GF and DF pizza. Was delicious. It's made out the back where cross contamination is possible. But will update tomorrow how we went. Delicious food!
