Maya Authentic Mexican Restaurant

Megan, a nurse and one of the owners and many of the kitchen staff have taken allergy courses and understand cross contamination. They do not have a dedicated fryer but she said they would do anything they could to accommodate just make them aware and ask.

The restaurant staff was very good about directing me to gluten free items. I ate dinner and had no problems what so ever. I am sure my gluten free food was just that.

Maya has excellent chips and salsa. The enchiladas, rice and beans were good. Typical Mexican restaurant fare, didn’t get sick so that’s always a win!
