Incredible chef prepared food with limited, but incredible gluten free options. I had the trout with potatoes and green peas. The presentation looked like a work of art and was absolutely delicious. The staff is knowledgeable and will coordinate directly with the head chef on whqt can be made or modified to be gluten free.
