Mayan Fusion

First time visit. No GF items marked on menu, but staff very knowledgeable on GF options. Great meals and deserts. Wife had the GF flourless chocolate tort, while I enjoyed the decidedly not-GF Lava cake (amazing preparation!). Definitely would go back.

They had lots of options, the staff was knowledgeable. You get lots of food for the price and the food was flavorful and great.

Staff were very knowledgeable and modified the best meal I've had in some time. GF DF corn-free.

Staff was great to tell me which foods were gluten free. Food it’s self was wonderful!

Although they say they don't use gluten except for mashed potatoes (that should give you an idea of the quality of the food) and fried foods, (of course), I got very ill after eating an over priced less that average meal.

Mayan Fusion makes wonderful food and some is gluten free. I have eaten here 4 times without any negative effects. I highly reccomend them for fresh, homemade fusion food.
