I visit this place at least once a month and have never had issues with feeling sick after a meal. They recently upgraded their GF pizza crust and it’s one of the best I’ve ever had - and the size of a medium pizza instead of a tiny personal one. They also occasionally have incredible GF desserts and cheesecakes, and I believe they also have a GF bun for sandwiches. A wonderful place to stop on your visit to the mountains.
