I guess I had better luck than the previous review. It’s probably a communication issue as they did confuse all flour with wheat flour and rice. I’m thinking they don’t see many Celiacs.
The fryer is not safe so don’t order any deep fried foods.
I was looking for a vegetarian option and had the Punjabi Cholay. It was really tasty with just the right amount of heat. Washed it down we with a Mango Lassi.
In the same strip mall I also went into Kung Food a Chinese restaurant. Everything on the menu was either cooked in a shared fryer or had soy in the sauce.
I also tried Alwadi a Middle Eastern restaurant. Everything there was either cooked in a shared fryer or had wheat or bulgar. Agreed with the staff that this was not a safe menu for me.
