Review of Mazzella's Italian Restaurant

Got a gluten free pizza here once or twice and it was great, I believe they were both made by the young lady in the kitchen who took my intolerance as seriously as I deserve when dining out. However, I went to dinner here about two months ago and got the gluten free pasta with Alfredo sauce, both were allegedly completely gluten free. I vomited and had other digestive problems (if you catch my drift) within 15-20 minutes of eating, I had to RUN to the WaWa next door because I couldn’t find their bathroom. I want to go back because I really liked their pizza and chalk it up to a few loose flours getting in my food, but I almost think the server gave me regular pasta - or the Alfredo sauce wasn’t gluten free, despite being verified as such by the manager on the phone. It has made me terrified to eat out anywhere since.
