GF menu (marked Gluten Sensitive) with MANY options. Restaurant is a part of Landry’s Select Club; they take Celiac and allergies very seriously. Always a chance for cc but they take all precautions- GF meals are prepared totally by one chef in the kitchen. Glove change; separate kitchen area; separate pots/pans/utensils used. Manager will come to your table; wait staff very knowledgeable. Ask for Levi; he’s great. Get the Crab & shrimp stuffed salmon- AWESOME. I’m a very sensitive Celiac and did NOT get sick!
