Called ahead and manager was very knowledgeable and honest about what they could and could not do. They said for entrees grilled chicken, salmon and steak were all options and any sandwich could swap for gf bun. Also offered to adapt some of the veggie sides to make gf (ex: bake not deep fry brussel sprouts). My Celiac kiddo had grilled chicken sandwich with bacon on gf bun + carrot sticks and fruit. Nothing in fryer is safe so no fries but lots of salad options for adults too.
