I asked about the fryers and they only do hash browns and French fries in them. All the breaded stuff is on the opposite side of the kitchen
Yes
My daughter worked at McDonald’s. I’m pretty sure the fries are dusted with wheat flour to keep them from sticking while frozen

Dedicated fryer for fries and hash browns which are gluten free. Lettuce wraps available
Yes
In Canada they have a separate fryer for their fries and hasbrowns which do not contain any gluten.. but the risk of CC still remains.
I wanted to add this review to clarify. It is my understanding that ONLY IN CANADA the fries are GF. In the US they are covered in wheat flour. I'm not sure if the hash browns are safe in the States as they are in Canada.
Nothing at Mc Donald's is gluten free but why would you even want to eat there? There fires never get old they can sit on a floor for a year and still look the same. Way to many chemicals in there food!
