We had our first gluten-free burger at McDonalds Zurich HB and had no issues! Burger is served with a gluten free sticker.
The staff was very friendly. They took time to read our allergy card, went in to get their allergy guide and confirmed the ingredients for us.
FYI for those with multiple allergies, the bun used is Schar gluten-free bun which is gluten-free, wheat-free, treenut-free and lactose free.
The kitchen is definately shared kitchen but if you inform them up ahead then the staff takes precaution to avoid cross-contamination.
Do note their service may vary based on the staff and branch location. So pls use your discretion.
