Spoke with McDonald staff and even though the fries have their own fryer, the oil used is filtered every night with all the other oils that have been used for gluten products so unfortunately there is a cross contamination issue. Eat at your risk level.

Is there a gluten-free menu?

— No gluten-free information on the menu

Pretty much the only dedicated gluten free is the french fries, in fact all Japanese McDonald's fries are gluten free. Otherwise there's some salad and yogurt and a few other menu sides to choose from. Fries were hot, salty, and Celiac safe. Nice to have a salty fried treat.
