In Lisbon most of Mc Donald's have gluten free options. You can ask for almost all of the burgers with gluten free bread. You can also have gluten free fries and drinks. Unfortunately they don't have gluten free nuggets or ice cream.

Gluten free order at the counter was a bit of a mess. I ordered a gluten free burger for me and a normal burger for my husband. Somehow the kitchen didn’t get it right. Got everything on one tray. Luckily I read that they usually separate the gluten and non-gluten food on different trays. When I asked it occurred that my burger wasn’t glutenfree as I ordered. They quickly changed into a glutenfree burger and everything was fine. Be careful! There are too many people, where the one hand doesn’t know what the other is doing..

It's macdonalds, we don't get gf in England, so that's the bonus. Went for a quick lunch, sat outside in the sun. Food was okay.

Apesar de não ser completamente certificado pelo APC, costumam ter sempre bastante cuidado no preparo dos pedidos sem glúten

Great gf coeliac safe offerings, was served by Pedro in T2 and he was great! Ate a Big Mac before my flight and didn’t have any reaction

Easy experience ordering at the counter. Food was quick. What a treat for traveling when we can’t get gf in the US.
