I ordered quarter pounder meal with no bun, they got it right and it was presented nice on a plastic tray

I go here often and I get the French fries at least when I go they have a dedicated fryer and I never get sick. I get the burger with no bun and a drink. The buffalo and ranch are sauces known to me that are gluten free. I get a hot fudge sundae or vanilla ice cream. The shakes are also gluten free. The blizzards are not because of the cross contamination. They don’t know much about it but know you know!

Ordered a plain cheeseburger with no bun and specified for no gluten contact. Asked for it right off the grill. No reactions. Burger patty was presented on a bed of shredded lettuce so specify without if not wanting that.

Of course it's McD's and not really gf but they do have fries in a dedicated fryer so are good for at least that. I'm pretty sure their hashbrowns are also safe but that's prob about it.

Had a shake and had no reaction! I think the ice cream sundaes are probably cross-contamination free, too.

And of course sodas and juice are options.

I did try McDonald’s fries previously (different location) and definitely had a reaction
