Gluten free, you are all set. Gf/DF, it may be suggested that you go elsewhere as according to our waitress, “it is not our problem…” She refused to substitute sides to guarantee a safe substitution but added that substitution would come at a full charge of the sides as well as the meal minus the DF staple to the meal. So tempted to walk out. The wine was very good.

Before ordering birthday dinner we asked about dedicated kitchen space and food safety for my Celiacs. The waiter spoke with the both the kitchen staff as well as the owner providing the information "all staff changes gloves, uses separate utensils & cutlery, cleared & cleaned cookware, and takes all precautions we can, to deliver a safe & enjoyable meal". I will say... they did not disappoint, I cleaned my plate it was so delicious! The Beef Tenderloin was cooked to perfection, seasonal veggies cooked just enough to be crisp yet tender, flavorful Mashed potatoes , topped with a truffle demi that pushed this over the top. Service was very fast & professional in a somewhat casual environment. Well done to the McGee's 72 owner & crew, I was able to enjoy a beautiful dinner for my 40th birthday, even took a tasting from another plate (he asked for it to be prepared for celiac as well) and the Ribeye was delectable as well.
