I first asked waiter about reliability of the food being gluten free. He seemed knowledgeable about how it’s cooked at first. Some of the listed GF menu items: vegetarian curry, honey glazed salmon, rack of ribs, [salads] roasted beets, leafy greens, farmhouse However my NIMA checked the ribs, came back with gluten found. Luckily I got a refund, but I came to realize that the manager and staff didn’t know that sources of gluten can be found in sauces from the manufacturer. I tried to explain that just because it claims to be gluten free, if it’s not certified then it’s not safe for celiacs or anyone with an allergy. I hope they took my advice, but I wouldn’t count on it. As of now, they are NOT safe for anyone with severe reactions to gluten, so don’t rely on them without some way of testing the food before you eat it.
