I was shopping in the area and decided to have a drink and see what they said. It was a quiet weeknight and the bartender was attentive. She checked with the kitchen staff several times for me. They said they would soon have GF buns for the burgers but upon asking, they put breadcrumbs in the meat so it’s rather pointless. The cook offered to clean the grill and said he could cook me a chicken breast with bacon and tomato with a lettuce wrap and mashed potatoes. It was decent and I didn’t get sick but I would definitely not test it on a busy day. The staff was great but clearly the management knows nothing about GF cooking. I would say it’s very risky. I don’t know about GF beer, I stuck with wine.
