Great interesting dishes and Celiac safe upon request. Service is excellent. A bit pricey but understandable when you are in the middle of nowhere. Appreciate that there is fine dining in such a small town.

Wrote in our open table reservation that we had a guest that was celiac. They acknowledged before we even sat down. Brought a separate gluten free labeled menu, almost every item could be made gluten free. They also stated that the dish was gluten free as they brought it out to the table. Staff was friendly and actually thanked us for being there, which was awesome to hear when we had special requests! We will definitely be back next time we are in Pagosa!

Fine dining establishment that honors and cares for folks with celiac disease. Mush of their menu is inherently gluten free, and the chefs are open to working to accommodate you and your celiac.
