Wait staff was very knowledgeable in what was gluten free and what wasn’t. Chef was willing to modify dishes so that they could be enjoyed by everyone at the table. 95% of the menu was ok to eat when you inform the staff only premade stuff was unsafe. Was an overall very good, delicious, and safe dinning experience!
The restaurant was very nice but had to be very vigilant to make sure GF request was carried out. One time they brought out the hamburgers with the buns and I had to send it back. To make sure they did not just remove the buns and send it back out, I insisted on checking in with the chef. But in the end food was good.
The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful. I ended up getting a hamburger without the bun. This was one of the best hamburgers I’ve had! I am very picky with my hamburger and this was by far 5 stars! I also did not get sick which was a plus!
