I came for brunch with my spouse. The server seemed very knowledgeable about gluten free options, and told us when certain things would risk cross contamination without asking, like the potatoes using the same fryer as other menu items. The chef was willing to make french toast for my spouse with a GF bun upon asking, but warned that they would have to use the same area on the griddle as non-GF options. I gave 4 stars simply because for brunch, I didn't feel like there were a ton of options, but I felt safe with what I did order.
Really hopeful as this spot is close by. Went during a very quiet brunch- maybe 3 other diners. Had the usual Celiac communication with the server. Broccoli Salad was served with crunchy ramen noodle topping. Server and kitchen staff was unaware.
May be worth the wait until they’re more knowledgeable.
