The server was well-informed about celiac disease; explained that they have a separate fryer for French fries. She brought any gluten items out that my family chose in separate dishes and made sure there was no cross contact. I am a very sensitive celiac and felt totally fine afterward. We had brisket, ribs, baked beans, and the garlic fries were my highlight.
