I don’t understand these reviews. When I went there they acted like they didn’t even know what gluten was. The guy had to ask and then he said that he couldn’t guarantee no cross contamination because everything was made in a common area. I would say that this would be OK for somebody who is not celiac.

Ordered a customized gluten free sandwich that showed up with the plushest GF bread I’ve ever had. I’m not sure if it is made in house or purchased, but either way… better than any brand I’ve had before. The ingredients they use for their sandwiches exudes freshness. Highly recommend them if you have a hankering for a good ole sandwich and not feel jipped on the bread
