Server seemed knowledgeable. Really the only option for celiacs is eggs or one of the omelets and the only safe side is fruit. The server said they request a clean pan to avoid cross contamination. Unfortunately, as I was eating, I noticed what looked like crumbs on one side of my plate as if they had placed toast there out of habit and then removed it

The waitress was knowledgeable and did not let me order the cube potatoes, as they are in a shared fryer. Had bacon with eggs. The receipt showed that a separate was needed.
